By participating in the AssetLink presale, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms of investment, and agree to be bound by them.

Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the sale and distribution of the $ASET tokens by AssetLink during its Initial Coin Offering (ICO)(presale). By participating in the purchase of $ASET tokens, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please carefully read and consider the following terms before engaging in any token purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from participating in the presale.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the AssetLink presale, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have access to a supported cryptocurrency wallet

• Understand and agree to these terms herein

Please note that KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not required for participation in the presale for contributions up to and including $29,999.

Investment Limits

The current minimum investment amount for the presale is 0.02 ETH. For non-KYC investors, the maximum investment amount is 5 ETH. For investors who have completed the KYC process, a higher investment limit of up to 25 ETH applies. These limits are subject to change.

Token Allocation

AssetLink will be offering 20 million $ASET tokens during the presale, representing 20% of the total token supply. The tokens will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Investment Procedure

To participate in the AssetLink presale, investors must follow the procedure outlined on the AssetLink website. This will include sending the appropriate amount of cryptocurrency to the designated wallet address and providing a valid ERC-20 compatible wallet address for $ASET token distribution.

Token Distribution

$ASET tokens will be distributed to investors within 30 days after the completion of the presale. Tokens will be distributed to the wallet address provided during the investment procedure. Before distribution, AssetLink will ask all investors who purchased using AssetLink Launchpad to confirm the wallet address and offer the option to change the destination as desired.

No Guarantee of Return

Investing in the AssetLink presale carries inherent risk, similar to other investments in cryptocurrencies, and there is no guarantee of any return on investment. The value of $ASET tokens may fluctuate and may result in a partial or total loss of your investment should you choose to trade the token on the open market (exchanges, etc…).

Refund

If at any stage, AssetLink fails to obtain the preset amount of soft cap (failure to sell a predefined amount of tokens), investors are given the option to request a full refund for their deposit if they choose to.

Limitation of Liability

AssetLink shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by investors in connection with the presale. Investors participate in the presale at their own risk.

No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these terms of investment shall be construed to create a partnership or agency relationship between AssetLink and investors.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of investment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AssetLink is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to and resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which AssetLink is incorporated.
